Jury selection continued Tuesday in the capital murder trial of a jail escapee, accused of killing a man to make his get away.
Oscar Doster, who escaped with three other inmates from the Covington County Jail, is on trial for the 2002 shooting death of Paul Lemaster of Gantt, and could face the death penalty.
Lemaster's pick-up truck was also stolen.
Doster was later recaptured in Texas.
Doster escaped again last year and is a suspect in the shooting death of a Texas man.
The Andalusia Star-News is reporting that law enforcement officers are using a stun belt on Doster during the trial to make sure the two-time jail escapee doesn’t get away again.
