Jurors still must decide if an Abbeville man convicted of capital murder is mentally challenged.
It could mean life in prison or death by lethal injection for him.
Thursday, the same panel found Ray Grace guilty on robbery and murder charges.
The 20-year-old, along with two other men, robbed the old Southeast Mini Mart in Dothan back in 2004, killing 54-year-old Prakash Shah.
Friday, Defense Attorney Eric Davis called for a mistrial, saying the behavior from both the jury and prosecution prompted him to do so.
Jurors are expected to reconvene Monday morning.
