An Enterprise man awaiting trial on multiple counts of rape and incest on a minor is found guilty on an unrelated sex charge.
It took a Coffee County jury about four hours to convict Bobby Monaghan of first-degree sodomy.
Police say Monaghan sodomized his cellmate at the Coffee County Jail following his initial arrest in 2004.
At the time of that arrest, District Attorney Gary McAliley described Monaghan as a public menace.
His second trial involving the sex charges against children is scheduled for later this year.
If convicted, he could face life in prison.
