A Bay County woman has been arrested for contributing to the death of her own baby nearly four years after the child died.
23-year-old Trudie Amanda Foster was charged after a five month investigation by a cold-case unit.
Investigators say three month old David Nathaniel Jones suffered from a potentially fatal breathing problem and was on a sleep apnea monitor.
An autopsy also revealed cocaine in the child's system.
Investigators now believe foster was on drugs and was unable to hear the alarm when her baby was in distress before he died.
