The Navy has ended its search for a sailor who fell overboard the USS Nassau.

The Navy says 23-year-old Petty Officer Third Class Dwayne Williams fell overboard Friday while chasing a football.

A search for the four-year-veteran has been called off.

Betty Williams, the mother of the sailor, says she's not happy with the military's explanation of the fall and may hire a lawyer.

The Navy says another sailor went overboard Sunday in what they're calling another accident, this time the sailor was playing golf when he fell in.

The Nassau returned home to Camp Lejeune, North Carolina on Sunday.

The crew was at sea for nine months for Operation Enduring Freedom in Iraq.
