Okaloosa Co. Police Seek Information in String of Unsolved Hit-and-Run Accidents

Police in Florida are looking for a drunk driver who seriously injured a law enforcement officer.

Investigators are looking for Arthur Lee Painter. He's charged with driving under the influence.

The Okaloosa County sheriff's office says Painter's blood alcohol level was nearly three times the legal limit when he ran over Officer Bobby Hanson with his motorcycle.

Hanson was directing traffic for a parade at the time of the crash on June 5th and he's still recovering from his injuries.
