Dothan police officers have again taken top honors at a sharp shooting competition in Florida.
Expert marksmen from the Special Weapons and Tactics Unit in Dothan competed against 15 other two-person teams from around the Southeast.
Participants have to do 15 push ups and sprint more than 100 yards in full gear before even setting up to shoot.
Corporal John Brackin and Officer Philip Wise won by placing their shots in a one-inch bull's eye at a distance of more than 200 yards.
But, supervisors say the event is more than just a competition. Police officers from Dothan placed first and second in the same competition last year.
