Police in Okaloosa County have arrested a second man in connection with a shooting last month.
Sheriff's investigators tell News 4 they arrested 31-year-old Thomas Joe Obregon of Fort Walton Beach.
He's charged with being involved in the June 26 shooting of Jose Alberto Guerrero-Garcia.
Deputies say Obregon pointed a gun at the victim when the victim answered his front door.
Guerrero-Garcia was shot three-times, twice in the neck and once in the stomach.
A second man involved in the shooting has already been arrested.
Investigators believe a dispute over money is what leads to the shooting.
