A railroad crossing in Panama City will be closed this week for repairs.
The Florida Department of Transportation says work will begin Tuesday on Highway 98 between Balboa and Florida Avenues.
The project is part of $4.9 million contract to re-surface Highway 98 between Beck Avenue and Oak Avenue.
Work on the railroad crossing should be completed in 3 to 5 days.
The re-surfacing project that began last month should be completed within a year.
