A Pike County house built for former Gov. Charles Henderson is in need of renovation.
At least that's what owner Patricia Barnes says. However neighbors are afraid it will be turned into a business.
Barnes says she does plan on opening her home to some visitors.
They will contribute to her family's foundation and be provided a bedroom and small breakfast.
Neighbors say that donation makes the residence a bed-and-breakfast business.
There will be a public meeting to discuss Barnes getting a zone variance on the house, July 20 at city hall.
