Florida's job market continues to grow and to outpace the country.
The latest figures show the unemployment rate a half percent below the national rate.
Florida's jobless rate was 5.3-percent in March, unchanged from the previous month, and a third of one percent lower than a year earlier.
The state's economy created just more than 89,000 jobs in March.
It was the 12th straight month the state's employment rate grew and the 13th month the state's unemployment rate was lower than the national rate.
