Pemco in Federal Court

Pemco Aviation Group

A Dothan aircraft maintenance company is being sued in federal court.

AG Dalia company and Wells Fargo Cank claim Pemco Aviation has already been paid more than 2 and a half million dollars to re-furbish a Boeing 7-37.

The lawsuit contends Pemco wants even more money and is holding the aircraft hostage.

Lawyers for Pemco maintain the two companies won't pay the maintenance bill and the law allows Pemco to hold the plane until the bill is paid.
