Missing Plane

The search continues for a missing airplane that was supposed to arrive in Geneva on Monday.

The civil air patrol has been scouring three states for the plane. The search was called off Tuesday night due to bad weather.

Officials say a Piper Saratoga was traveling from Campbell County, Tennessee to Geneva, Alabama.

The pilot of the plane is 57-year-old James McCaslin of Ozark and the passenger is 58-year-old Donald Wilson of Geneva.

The air patrol searched North Georgia Tuesday but came up empty. The normal route of the flight would not have taken the plane near that area, but poor weather might have forced the plane to take a different course.

Officials are also searching Tennessee and Alabama. The airport manager said he warned the pilot not to fly in bad weather.
