Six people are jobless Thursday after an early morning fire in Enterprise.
Firefighters responded to a fully involved fire at the College Plaza Shopping Center around 1:30. Flames were coming from creative hair masters salon and barber shop.
Emergency crews were able to keep the fire from spreading to adjacent shops, but a few reported smoke damage.
Shelly Shirley was one of the hair stylists who is now without a place to work "A scene from a horror movie. hard to believe, here one minute and gone the next. We can pray and believe in god and let's hope everything turns out for the best."
Enterprise fire officials say they are not sure what caused the fire. Owner Clarence Nelson says he does have insurance, and hopes to re-open as soon as possible.
