Two reports show a major drop in methamphetamine lab seizures nationwide and a similar decline in the spread of the drug into the workplace.
Figures from the drug enforcement administration show the number of meth labs dismantled in Alabama declined 34.1 percent last year.
419-were seized in 2004, compared to 276 in 2005.
However local law enforcement officials say there's still a strong appetite for the highly-addictive drug.
