Sniper Suspects Suit

The family of an Alabama liquor store worker killed last fall is suing sniper suspects John Muhammad and Lee Malvo for $25 million.

Attorneys for the family of Claudine Parker filed the wrongful death suit in Montgomery County Circuit Court.

Muhammad and Malvo are facing capital murder charges for Parker's slaying.

The Parker family's attorney's say they don't want to see the two suspects profit from their notoriety.

The 52-year-old Parker was locking up the store with a co-worker in September when she was shot and killed during an apparent robbery.

Muhammad and Malvo are accused of killing 13 people and wounding six in Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC.
