Enterprise Chamber to Host Congressional Forum

The two men vying for the U.S. Congressional seat being vacated with the retirement of Terry Everett appeared at the Enterprise Enterprise Chamber of Commerce’s Peanuts N' Politics breakfast Friday morning.

Montgomery Mayor Bobby Bright and State Representative Jay Love shook hands at the joint appearance.

Both men tackled a wide array of issues and subjects, however Fort Rucker was a theme both agreed on.

The army base is the largest private employer in the congressional district. Both men pledged total support in keeping it safe from any future federal budget cuts.

Friday's joint appearance in Enterprise of Mayor Bright and Representative Love is one of the last before the November general election.
