Troy Attempt Murder Arrest

Police have arrested two suspects in a shooting that happened Wednesday afternoon in Troy.

An 18-year-old was taken to Troy Regional Medical Center where he was treated for a gunshot wound to the arm and upper torso.

Twenty-two-year-old Charles Michael Lewis and 20-year-old John De'angelo Mendenhall, both of Troy, are charged with attempted murder.

Lewis' and Mendenhal's bonds have been set at $100,000 each.

Troy police say an argument about a female apparently led to the shooting.

Detectives recovered a firearm believed to be used in the shooting.
