Election Runoff

Races that still need to be decided include the Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate between attorney Julian McPhillips and State Auditor Susan Parker.

For secretary of state, there are runoffs in both parties. Chris Pitts and Nancy Worley face off in the Democratic race and Dave Thomas and Dean Young in the Republican Party.

For state treasurer, the Democratic runoff has Stephen Black and Carol Jean Smith while the Republicans have Kay Ivey and Lisa Wallace.

For state auditor, it's Debbie Corbett and Carolyn Gibson on the Democratic ballot and Beth Chapman and Jim Zigler in the Republican race.

Residents of Geneva County and western Houston County also have the Republican race for State House District 87 to decide between Dothan attorney Joey Morris and Geneva Mayor Warren Beck.
