Florida Governor Jeb Bush is asking the former supervisor of a juvenile boot camp be fired.
He's written the Bay County sheriff, urging him to fire the man who was in charge of a camp where guards roughed-up a 14-year-old boy who later died.
This comes after a second autopsy revealed the boy had been suffocated instead of dying from sickle-cell complications.
The military-style camp was closed and the guards involved in the altercation were laid off.
But the supervisor, Captain Mike Thompson, was transferred to another position.
