A Jackson County man is in the hospital after being the victim of a drive-by shooting in Marianna. He's in serious condition.
The shooting happened at the intersection of Milton Avenue and Harrison Street around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Randall Keys was walking his bike along the roadway when a small dark colored car pulled up behind him and someone in the vehicle fired a gun, striking him at least three times.
Chief Roberts is looking for help from the public in the case to identify the suspect or the vehicle used in the shooting.
