Authorities are continuing their investigation into an accident that killed a Dothan man.
The accident happened around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Brannon Stand Road and Murphy Mill Road in Dothan.
Investigators said a truck hit a Ford Windstar van on the side. One passenger in the van, 23-year-old Kizmick Johnson, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The van's driver, 18-year-old Christopher Lampkin of Dothan, and the driver of the dump truck, 42-year-old Stevey Mercer of Pinckard, were taken to Flowers Hospital.
