Geneva Yellow Ribbon

Residents in one Wiregrass town are showing their support for the troops. Yellow ribbons are being placed at busy intersections in Geneva.

Geneva Chamber of Commerce Vice President Faye Smith wants Geneva to be known as the "yellow-ribbon city" as a way to remember and honor those young men and women involved in Operation Iraqi Freedom.

On April 3, Geneva Mayor Karen Simmons will lead a "day of prayer" for America and the troops in front of the Geneva County Courthouse.
