Stolen Farm Equipment

Houston County authorities said the arrest of a Cottonwood man may have solved a series of farm equipment thefts.

Now, investigators need your help in recovering some of their stolen property.

Thirty-two-year-old Charles Nelson is being held in Donalsonville, Georgia.

Investigators said Nelson has been linked to the theft of several pieces of farm equipment in Houston County. Some of the property has been recovered, but several items are still missing, including tractors, peanut trailers, a pump and a pressure washer.

Anyone who may have done business with Nelson should contact the Houston County Sheriff's Department so investigators can examine equipment. Their phone number is 677-4809.
