The Alabama senate passed the draft beer bill last Thursday afternoon and the Houston County commission has decided to put it on the June ballot.
The measure passed through the house three weeks ago, and after much controversy over the issue, draft beer could soon be available in Houston County.
The bill was signed by Governor Bob Riley.
The referendum will go before Houston County voters in the June primary.
