Update on the Lawsuit Involving Greater Beulah Baptist Church

Judge Edward Jackson has denied a motion to appoint a third party to take over the church's financial records.

Two church members, B.C. George and Starla Whitfield, allege that both Minister Paul Holman and Secretary Dorothy Brown are mishandling the church’s funds and property.

Jackson said he didn't find any concrete evidence to freeze Greater Beulah’s documents.

Jackson ordered a business meeting to be held at the courthouse for members to determine if they approve the way the church is operated.
