Soldiers Took Time Away To Help Beautify The Area

Several Fort Rucker soldiers took time away from the post Thursday to help beautify the area.

Members of the first of the 145th aviation headquarters participated in the community service project.

The soldiers dismantled a greenhouse in Wicksburg.

They loaded up truck beds full of the dismantled greenhouse and transported it to Dothan’s botanical gardens.

Eventually, the greenhouse will be one of four that will be located in the botanical gardens.

It’ll be reconstructed within the next year.
