The jury start considering the fate of Michael Sale, accused of killing his wife.
Prosecutors say Sale imprisoned and tortured his wife throughout the month of April 2004.
Telephone records show Sale called for an ambulance but Lynn Sale was so weak; she had to be placed on life-support. She died two weeks later.
Michael Sale was originally charged with domestic violence but that charge was upgraded to capital murder. He served time a few years ago for assaulting his wife.
The district attorney told jurors revenge was the motive for this latest crime.
