Northwest Florida authorities said they have broken up a burglary ring with the arrest of three suspects.

More than $10,000 in stolen firearms and electronics equipment have already been recovered. Thieves began hitting homes in Jackson and Calhoun Counties about two weeks ago.

But a joint effort by Jackson County investigators, the Calhoun County Sheriff's office and the Chipley Police Department helped break the case.

Sheriff John McDaniel said the investigation continues and more arrests are possible.
