Helping Hand to a School for the Disabled

A local group is lending a helping hand to a school for the disabled.

The International Association of Machinists donated school buses to the Vivian B. Adams School for the disabled. The money to buy the semi-used buses was collected through donations, payroll deductions from members and fundraisers.

Members of the group say they are very happy to be able to make a difference in the lives of others and continue in the future.
