Last September the partnership received federal funding totaling 500 thousand dollars. That money is being used for various programs to help teens stay away from drugs, and make the right decisions in life.
One such program is called the "Life Skills" program. However, the non-profit organization is planning ahead because they say in 5 years, the money will run out and they will be self-sustaining. Meaning, some of their programs, like Life Skills, risk being cut.
They say however, they have a plan. The partnership does use city and county funds, but they still need your help.
