Several tornados touched down in Northwest Florida early Sunday morning, destroying homes and leaving families to pick up the pieces.
At least 10 buildings were damaged at Tyndall Air Force Base. A spokesperson at the base said it is still operating at full operational capacity.
According to the Washington County Sheriff's Department, a tornado was reported touching down twice just east of Vernon, Florida.
