An Army National Guardsman wanted in connection with the murder of a Northwest Florida woman is now in custody in San Diego, California.
Thirty-three year old Chad Broumley turned himself in to San Diego authorities.
Broumley has confessed to killing 53-year old Stephanie Ann Beam of Fort Walton Beach. Her body was discovered Saturday in her home.
Investigators are headed to California. They will serve Broumley with an arrest warrant for murder.
Broumley also faces felony charges in San Diego for domestic violence, battery and grand theft auto.
