People across the tri-state area took part in the 21st Annual Model Railroad Show and Sale.

A large crowd came out to the event Saturday afternoon at the National Peanut Festival Fairgrounds.

Kids of all ages watched the live demonstrations and even met Thomas the Train.

But, it wasn't all about the kids.

More than 100 vendors were on hand to help add to people's collections.

“My favorite part was getting to see all of the model trains go around the track," said 8 year old Lydia Smith.

Cole Sorrells said his favorite part of the Show and Sale is the American Train.

Sunday is the last day for the Model Railroad Show and Sale.

Doors open to the public at 10 a.m.
