Search and rescue workers were able to recover the body of a missing port st. Joe fisherman Tuesday afternoon.
Fifty-four-year-old Lewis Donn Miles went missing in the Ochlochonee River on the Franklin and Wakulla County line.
Other fishermen found Miles’ empty fishing boat with the engine running, going in circles at mid morning.
They speculated he either fell from the boat or was thrown overboard and a search was begun.
Miles’ body was recovered Tuesday afternoon in the same general location where the boat was found running in circles.
