It was a deadly Christmas for a Florida teenager when he crashed his new mini bike.
The 15-year-old had just received the new motorized bike as a present when he decided to take it for a spin.
The teenager lost control while riding with his 11-year old brother in West Kendale.
Neither rider was wearing their helmets.
Both youth were rushed to the hospital, where the 15-year-old later died.
The 11-year old was seriously injured.
Authorities say in Florida it is illegal to drive motorized mini bikes on streets and sidewalks.
No word if there'll be charges.
