Lea Ward, of Daleville, wants her 17-year-old son to come back home.
He is in trouble with the law for two separate incidents, and the most sever charge could potentially land him in prison for life.
Mrs. Ward's 17-year-old son, Mikhail Founty disappeared Dec. 6 after skipping out on a probationary court appearance, for a series of juvenile offenses.
But Mikhail is also a suspect in an armed robbery investigation.
Daleville Police say Mikhail walked into the Econo Lodge Inn & Suites, on November 17th, and robbed the motel's clerk at gunpoint.
They say he took off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
When authorities went looking for him on Dec. 6 to question him, he was gone and his family has not seen him since.
Mikhail's mother and brother maintain that he had nothing to do with the robbery, and say they want him to come back home and clear his name.
Police say that because a weapon was used, Mikhail will be charged with first degree robbery, and tried as an adult.
The charge carries with it a minimum sentence of 15 years in prison, but it also carries a possible life sentence.
If you have any information as to Mikhail Founty's whereabouts, please contact Daleville Police at (334) 598-4443.
