The planning commission will take a look at the plans for the Dothan Pavilion next week.
There have been some revisions to the development plans which will include a major retail store and several restaurants.
If all goes as planned there will be a Target store, 20 retailers and half dozen restaurants on this 71 acre site on U S 231 and Murphy Mill Road.
The development plans were held off last month.
There is still a small location needing to be rezoned on the Southwest corner of the development.
Matt Parker with the Dothan Chamber of Commerce says they're working it out and if it's acceptable the planning commission should approve the plan next week.
Dothan Pavilion could be the first retail development to receive financial incentives from Dothan and Houston County.
Policies adopted earlier this year allow commercial developments above 50 million dollars a sales tax rebate.
And if all the plan changes go well, Dothan residents could be enjoying a Target Store by Spring of 2007.
Members of the Dothan Planning Commission are scheduled to vote on plans for the project next week.
