The New Year ushers in the first birth in the City Of Progress.
At 1:30 this morning, Emma Jean Grim entered the world at medical center enterprise. The six-pound-12-ounce bundle of joy is Stephanie Grim's first child. That alone makes it a very special occasion, but to have her daughter on New Year’s Day is almost unbelievable…
