Enterprise Airport Paving Extension on Hold

The Enterprise city council has put the brakes to a taxiway paving extension planned at its municipal airport.

The Federal Aviation Administration has cut its annual allotment to Enterprise. That means the city would receive only half of the $400,000 to complete the job.

The majority of airports across the tri-states' have been notified they'll receive fewer federal dollars in the upcoming fiscal year.
