Plans for the new Dothan Pavilion Shopping Center have been put on hold for at least another month because of technical issues.
The Pavilion Project will feature a Target Store, about 25 retail stores and half dozen restaurants directly across from the Northside Wal-Mart.
Plans were expected to be approved by today, but have now been postponed.
Apparent errors were found in the economic analysis report.
A few charts and numbers did not accurately reflect Dothan’s economy.
In addition, the developers, Thomas Enterprises, questioned parts of the drawings and requested to postpone their presentation.
Officials are not planning to approve the project until they review the drawings and economic report in December.
