Bay County authorities arrest a man they say snatched a woman's purse off her shoulder as she shopped at a Panama City Wal-Mart.
Deputies say 32-year-old Charles Schwae snatched an elderly woman's purse while she shopped with her husband.
Reportedly several witnesses saw the incident and chased him.
Schwae is charged with robbery and possession of drug paraphernalia.
