The partisan wrangling over who will hear the case against Congressman Tom DeLay continues in Texas.
A Democratic prosecutor has succeeded in getting a Republican judge to step away from the case, two days after a Democrat was removed from hearing it.
Administrative Judge B.B. Schraub would have been responsible for picking the new judge, but recused himself after a prosecutor showed Schraub has made several contributions to Republican candidates.
Schraub says he'll ask the state Supreme Court's chief justice to pick a new judge for DeLay's conspiracy and money-laundering trial.
