Abbeville Sentencing

A Henry County man convicted of robbing an elderly couple was sentenced to nearly 200 years behind bars.

Twenty-six-year-old Johnny Grace, Jr. was arrested last January along with three other men.

They're accused of tying up a Henry County farmer and his wife at gunpoint and stealing a safe from their home in December of 2001.

Judge Lawson Little ordered Grace to serve two-99-year sentences that will run consecutively.

Grace had already been sentenced to 20-years in prison for two similar crimes in Barbour County.

He still faces charges in connection with another home invasion robbery in Blakely, Georgia.
