A trial date has been set for a Houston County man charged with capital murder in the death of his wife.
49-year-old Michael Sale was originally booked for domestic violence last year after his wife was brought to a hospital in critical condition.
Investigators said 48-year-old Lynn Sale had been tied up so tightly for so long that she
She died two weeks later.
A grand jury indicted Sale for kidnapping and capital murder because the woman had apparently been held against her will for several weeks.
Judge Lawson Little has set a February 6th trial date in the case.
