A former Wiregrass teacher who was fired for allegedly bringing a gun to school has been indicted by a Geneva County grand jury.
Police say 46-year-old Judy Hudson had a .44 magnum handgun in the parking lot of Samson High School on September 19th.
Officers followed her to her parent's home where she surrendered about an hour later.
Hudson taught 6th grade at Samson Elementary School until the Geneva County School Board voted last month to terminate her contract.
She’s free on a 20-thousand dollar bond.
Hudson faces up to 10-years in prison if she's convicted.
