McKinnon Trial

Kevin McKinnon was arrested last January along with three other suspects. They're accused of tying up a Henry County couple at gunpoint and stealing a safe from their home in December of 2001.

Wednesday, Jack Murphy and his wife, Ann, both testified at McKinnon's trial. They say the suspects repeatedly threatened to kill them, but left them bound and gagged instead.

It took the jury about 45 minutes to find McKinnon guilty. Sentencing is set for March 7.

Another suspect in the case has already been convicted and scheduled to be sentenced Thursday.
