A tentative agreement has been reached between the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers and Pemco World Air Services.
Union workers have been off the job for 57 days.
Pemco locked the workers out of the plant on Aug. 11 after the union membership voted to strike.
Neither the union nor the company is releasing any information on the tentative agreement.
Union members will vote on the new contract on Sunday afternoon, Oct. 9 at 2 p.m. in the Dale County High School Gym.
Contract ratification requires a simple majority vote.
