Tropical Storm Tammy is losing its punch.
The storm that dumped heavy rain on Georgia has been downgraded to a tropical depression.
The National Weather Service says Tammy's winds are blowing at 35 miles an hour.
Still, the storm is spreading rain into the Carolinas. Forecasters have issued storm warnings for the coast and they say there is a chance of isolated tornadoes in Georgia and the Carolinas.
Tammy is the 19th named storm of the Atlantic hurricane season.
