Iraq Update

Press Secretary Ari Fleischer said it's yet more evidence that Saddam Hussein is not disarming.

Fleischer said U.S. officials are still seeking more information on the warheads, a dozen of which were found at an ammo dump south of Baghdad. UN officials said they were empty -- but in good condition.

Fleischer said the warheads were positively not in Baghdad's December declaration on its weapons programs. Iraq claims the warheads are old and were listed in earlier disclosures.

Following the December declaration, Washington declared Iraq in "material breach" of the latest UN mandate to disarm. And Fleischer said Saddam's regime still is.

But Fleischer refused to say if the administration thinks the warhead cache is the long-sought "smoking gun" that proves Saddam's guilt.
